About Our 60 Food Intolerance Test Kit
This test checks 60 of the most common intolerance foods. As with all of these tests, each food is tested individually. You will receive the exact IgG antibody score for each individual food tested.
Before Taking The Test
Given that dairy products are a problem for a lot of people, it is important to test for foods that you can use as alternatives in your diet. Some of the most popular and most nutritious alternatives include goat’s cheese, yoghurt and soya milk products etc. We recommend that you try and get some goat and soya products into your diet for 5 – 7 days before taking your intolerance test. These products make for good alternatives should you prove to be sensitive to cow’s milk (dairy products). The test works by measuring how you react to foods that you have eaten.
