Food Sensitivity Indicator Test
The food indicator test is designed to determine if you have a food sensitivity issue. It will detect if you have elevated food-specific IgG antibodies. If the indicator test returns a No response, it is unlikely that you have an IgG food sensitivity. However if the result is Yes, then we recommend that you should take our 93 Food Sensitivity test or our 200 Food Sensitivity test to determine which foods are causing the elevated IgG antibodies.
Fitzwilliam Food Test defines food sensitivity / food intolerance as a food- specific IgG antibody reaction.
How does the indicator test work?
It only scans your blood to assess if you have the specific antibody markers for food intolerance.
It does not tell you which foods you are intolerant to.
A NEGATIVE result from the indicator test tells you that you do not have IgG mediated food sensitivity issues.
A POSITIVE result tells you that you do suffer with IgG mediated food sensitivity issues.
If you get a POSITIVE result from the indicator test, you can then progress to one of the bigger tests ( 93 food sensitivity test or 200 food sensitivity test) if you want to find the exact culprit foods.
The laboratory can run the full test from the blood sample already submitted for the indicator test (if ordered within six weeks of the blood collection).
What size is the food sensitivity indicator test?
This food test kit is approx 14 cm x 12 cm x 2 cm so it will pass through a standard letter box.
It has the CE certification mark and it conforms with European regulation.
